Return & Refund Policy
All of our bouquets, wreaths, and wedding florals are made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our work, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns on custom-made items.
Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us at everdriedbloom@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a refund once the item is received back at our studio.

How to request a return:
• If the item is damaged, send photos to everdriedbloom@gmail.com to request a return label.
• Refunds are issued only for items returned in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Returns made within 30 days of delivery will be refunded to the original payment method after we receive the return.
